HubSpot Integration - Get Started

Connect ConnectSafely with HubSpot to automatically sync LinkedIn leads, track engagement, and enrich your CRM with social data.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, make sure you have:

• A ConnectSafely Account: You must have an active ConnectSafely account
• Pro or Agency Plan: The HubSpot integration requires a ConnectSafely Pro or Agency plan subscription

Installation

Step 1: Access Available Integrations

1. Log in to your ConnectSafely dashboard.
2. Navigate to Available Integrations from the left sidebar.
3. Find the HubSpot card in the integrations list.

💡 Quick Access: You can also go directly to the Available Integrations page to see all available integrations.

Step 2: Connect HubSpot

1. Click the Manage Connection button on the HubSpot card.
2. You'll be redirected to HubSpot's authorization page.
3. Review and grant the required permissions to ConnectSafely.
4. Click Authorize or Allow to complete the connection.

Step 3: Start Using

That's it! Once you've granted permissions, the integration is complete. You can now start using ConnectSafely's HubSpot integration features.

Verification

To verify your installation is working correctly:

1. Go to Contacts in your HubSpot account.
2. Create a test contact or check an existing one.
3. Look for the ConnectSafely section in the contact record.
4. If you see LinkedIn profile information, the integration is working!

Troubleshooting

Connection Failed

• Ensure you have a ConnectSafely Pro or Agency plan (or active free trial)

• Try disconnecting and reconnecting the integration from the Available Integrations page

Authorization Failed

• Verify your ConnectSafely account credentials
• Ensure you have an active ConnectSafely subscription or free trial
• Check that you granted all required permissions in HubSpot

Data Not Syncing

• Verify your LinkedIn account is connected in ConnectSafely
• Check the sync settings in the ConnectSafely dashboard
• Review the integration logs for error messages
• Ensure your HubSpot account has the necessary permissions
