Subscription History & Billing History
The Subscription History and Billing History sections allow you to review your past plans and payments made through ConnectSafely.ai. These sections are useful for tracking renewals, understanding billing periods, and maintaining financial records.
💡 Helpful tip: Invoices are generated automatically after successful payments and remain available in Billing History.
Subscription History
The Subscription History section shows:
- Previous and current plans
- Plan status (active or inactive)
- Billing periods
- Pricing details at the time of subscription
This gives you a clear record of how your subscription has evolved.
Billing History
The Billing History section lists all invoices generated for your account.
Each invoice includes:
- Invoice number
- Payment status
- Billing date
- Amount charged
This section is read-only and meant for reference and record-keeping.
Downloading invoices
To download an invoice:
- Scroll to the Billing History section
- Locate the invoice you need
- Click Download
Invoices can be saved for accounting, reimbursement, or tax purposes.
