1Crowd is a start-up ecosystem, spanning across incubation to early growth capital. Led by an experienced team with 100+ years of experience in banking and private equity, we provide investors access to curated early stage start-ups and maximize value by actively working with and monitoring our portfolio companies. \\For investors, our ecosystem spans the entire spectrum from deal origination, negotiating term sheets, due diligence, evaluating and closing investments to mentoring, post investment monitoring and eventual exit. Our unique co-investment model forms the cornerstone of our proposition as we co-invest in every company that raises capital through our platform.\\We engage with start-ups through three pillars - incubation, equity crowd funding and a family of funds. For a startup with a viable business idea, we not only provide capital, but also engage as hands-on strategic and operating partners. In addition, we provide our portfolio companies access to our mentor pool [represented by experts from a cross-section of industries] who can help nurture early stage ventures to their potential.
