Overview

3P India Equity Fund 1 is an open-ended private equity fund managed by 3P Investment Managers Private Limited, focusing on investing in sustainable and reasonably valued businesses in India. The fund is managed by Prashant Jain, the Chief Investment Officer, and Ashwani Kumar, the Portfolio Strategist and Co-Fund Manager. Prashant Jain has over 34 years of experience in Indian equities and was previously the CIO at HDFC Asset Management Company for 18 years, managing assets worth approximately USD 12 billion.
