Overview

Alkhabeer REIT Fund is a closed-ended Shari’a-compliant real estate investment traded fund established on December 16, 2018, in accordance with Saudi Arabian laws and regulations. The fund is managed by Alkhabeer Capital, a Saudi closed joint-stock company authorized by the Capital Market Authority (CMA) under license number 07074-37. It is listed on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) under the ticker symbol 4348. The fund's primary objective is to generate rental income yield and periodic cash distributions of not less than 90% of its annual net profit. It achieves this by investing at least 75% of its total assets in income-generating real estate assets located in Saudi Arabia, excluding Makkah and Medina. The fund's portfolio includes properties such as Almalqa Residential Complex in Riyadh, Gallery Mall in Tabuk, Palazzo Center in Riyadh, HomeWorks Center in Riyadh, Ahlan Court in Jeddah, BIN II Plaza in Jeddah, Elite Commercial Center in Jeddah, Elegance Tower, Al Farabi Colleges, Al Farabi Colleges Training Building, Vision Colleges Education Jeddah, and Akun Warehouse. Alkhabeer REIT Fund has demonstrated a commitment to delivering value to its unitholders through consistent cash dividends and strategic property acquisitions and disposals. In July 2025, the fund declared a cash dividend of SAR 14.81 million for the second quarter, reflecting its ongoing efforts to provide steady returns to investors. The fund's duration is 99 years, starting from the date of listing on Tadawul, and it is subject to the guidelines of the CMA and the Shari’a Supervisory Committee.
