With over 25 years of international experience, Andreas Wuchner is a seasoned cybersecurity and risk expert, business owner, board advisor, and angel investor. He has held senior positions in organizations such as Novartis Pharmaceuticals, UBS, Deutsche Bank, Credit Suisse, and Hewlett Packard, specializing in IT security, risk management, and governance. As an angel investor, he focuses on cybersecurity startups, actively participating in their growth and development. Andreas has served on advisory and supervisory boards, assisting cyber startups with strategic planning, market activities, financing advice for seed funding and Series A to C rounds, and product/service design. He is the founder and owner of Wuchner Securities GmbH, a company dedicated to supporting clients worldwide in information security, IT security, and information risk management, with a special focus on highly regulated environments such as life sciences and financial services. His expertise extends to various roles, including General Manager (CIO), Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), Head of IT Security & Operations, Head of IT Risk Control, and Head of IT Risk Management/Governance & Compliance. He has been involved in the Swiss Internet Security Alliance and served as CTO Security Innovation at DXC Technology and HP Enterprise Security Services. Andreas holds degrees in Engineering from the University of Applied Sciences Offenburg in Germany.
