Andrey Kostyuk

Overview

With over 30 years of experience in corporate and high-net-worth individual banking, alternative investment fund management, entrepreneurship, angel investing, and mentoring, Andrey Kostyuk co-founded AAlchemy Ventures Limited. This firm assists foreign scale-ups in launching and growing their businesses in the European Union and North American markets, in association with Deloitte Cyprus. He serves on the boards of selected startups and is a member of the Endowment Board of Big Change, a charitable foundation supporting young underprivileged individuals. Andrey holds multiple degrees, including an MSc in Accounting and Auditing, an MBA, and a Ph.D. in Taxation. He is a Doctor of Business Administration candidate at Grenoble Ecole de Management, with a thesis focused on how mentoring startup founders influences venture performance. He is an EMCC-certified mentor and coach at the Practitioner level and holds various diplomas and certifications in appraising, service design, negotiations, and other relevant fields. He is passionate about fostering innovation, collaboration, and social impact in the startup ecosystem, acting as a startup mentor and serving on boards of selected startups. He is a member of and a mentor for several business angel networks and alumni associations and a former expert for the Research Executive Agency of the European Commission.
