Anette Nordvall
Overview
Anette Nordvall is a Swedish angel investor and CEO of Keiretsu Forum Nordics. She has been an active private tech investor for over 30 years, focusing on early-stage technology companies. Anette has international experience, having spent 17 years in the United States, particularly in the North Carolina Research Triangle Park, where she was an entrepreneur and business executive. She returned to Sweden to become a partner at STOAF and a venture partner with Butterfly Ventures, a Nordic deep tech fund. Anette is also a co-founding board member of the Nordic Business Angel Network (NordicBAN) and serves as Chairwoman for We Don’t Have Time, a climate-action business and rating platform, and Covr Security AB, a cybersecurity company. She was appointed CEO and Chapter President of Keiretsu Forum Nordics in 2019. Anette has been recognized for her contributions to the tech investment sector, being named one of Sweden’s Most Powerful Tech Investors by DI Digital in 2015 and 2016, and included in the Nordic100 Most Influential People in 2017 and 2018. She was also nominated as the Pay-it-Forward Investor at the Swedish Start-up Gala in 2017 and recognized as one of the Kindest Investors at the Venture Cup final in 2018. Anette holds a Vinnova-Wallenberg Fellowship from 2016, during which she researched angel investing and investment best practices between the Nordic countries and Silicon Valley. She is also a certified astrologer, bringing a unique perspective to her investment approach.
