He has previously worked as an investment banker (M&A) with Citigroup in New York and Credit Suisse in London. He set up and expanded Training the Street’s operations across Asia and the Middle East. Ankur is an active angel investor with over 20 investments in the last five years. As the co-founder and COO of Inflection Point Ventures (IPV), Ankur has been instrumental in building one of India's largest angel investing platforms. IPV has close to 7,000 investors, with over 4,000 actively investing in the Indian startup ecosystem. The platform has invested over ₹400 crore across more than 125 deals. Ankur's leadership has been pivotal in expanding IPV's reach and impact in the startup funding space. Ankur's investment strategy is sector-agnostic, focusing on a diverse range of industries. His recent investments have spanned consumer tech, health, sports, and deep-tech sectors.
