Davidson Kempner Capital Management is a global institutional alternative investment management firm with over $37 billion in assets under management. The firm employs a bottom-up, fundamental method of investing with an event-driven focus and a multi-strategy approach, investing globally in a variety of credit and equity strategies as well as real assets. The firm has approximately 500 employees across seven offices: New York, Philadelphia, London, Dublin, Hong Kong, Shenzhen, and Mumbai. Anthony A. Yoseloff joined Davidson Kempner in 1999 and serves as the Executive Managing Member and Chief Investment Officer. He holds a J.D. from Columbia Law School and an M.B.A. from the Columbia Graduate School of Business Administration. He earned an A.B., cum laude, from the School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University. Yoseloff is a member of the Board of Trustees of Princeton University and serves on the Board of Directors of PRINCO, the investment manager of the Princeton University endowment. He also serves as a member of the Board of Trustees and Chair of the investment committee of The New York Public Library and as a member of the Board of Trustees and Chair of the investment committee at New York-Presbyterian. He is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations. Under Yoseloff's leadership, Davidson Kempner has expanded its global footprint, including the opening of an office in Abu Dhabi's International Financial Centre in October 2025. The firm has also closed significant funds, such as the $3.0 billion Davidson Kempner Opportunities Fund VI in 2023, focusing on capital dislocations and special situations. The firm's investment strategies encompass a wide range of asset classes, including distressed and special situations, fixed income, real estate, private equity, hedge funds, commodities, infrastructure, venture capital, crypto, collectibles and art, and ESG and impact investing. The firm invests across various stages, including distressed, turnaround, buyout, growth, late stage, pre-IPO, Series B, Series A, early stage, seed, and pre-seed investments.
