Overview

Antler Brazil is a venture capital firm specializing in early-stage investments in Brazilian startups. The firm offers a 10-week residency program designed to support entrepreneurs from the inception of their business ideas. This immersive, in-person experience brings together over 60 founders with diverse backgrounds, all aiming to build scalable businesses. Participants engage in activities to meet potential co-founders, interact with experienced founders and investors, and attend talks on relevant topics for startup ideation and traction. At the end of the program, selected teams have the opportunity to pitch their startups to Antler’s Investment Committee, with the possibility of securing a pre-seed investment to bring their ideas to life. Since its inception in Brazil in 2022, Antler has selected 140 founders and conducted two cohorts, resulting in the formation of over 50 teams that contribute to the South American tech ecosystem. The firm focuses on sectors such as technology, biotechnology, greentech, and food technology, aiming to foster innovation and sustainable development within these industries. By providing initial investments and ongoing support, Antler Brazil plays a pivotal role in nurturing the growth of early-stage startups in the region. Antler Brazil's residency program is part of a global initiative that has seen over 150,000 entrepreneurs apply since 2017, across 25 locations worldwide.
