In December 2025, Avanti Residential advanced Denver's neighborhood revitalization with the groundbreaking of a 78-unit build-to-rent townhome project in the Sun Valley neighborhood. The project is a collaboration with Prospect and the Denver Housing Authority, aiming to provide larger-format residences with attached garages and select surface parking, addressing the demand for family-sized units in urban infill locations.
