We are the co-founders of Neustar (NYSE: NSR). A first of its kind business that delivered software as a service and data as a service before the terms existed. We addressed industry wide fragmentation and interoperability needs of the telecom and internet markets and built a company that was eventually worth $2B. We have formed BLAZAR VENTURES with the aim of pursing select ventures where this proven experience and expertise have unique value. Blazar Ventures provides investment and hands on management support to produce extraordinary success for opportunities ranging from seed stage ventures to buyouts.
