Blue Hill Partners has been building companies in the energy efficiency industry as a venture capital firm since 2001. Today, Blue Hill has combined its sector expertise and investing acumen in a new service business that provides fully funded, turnkey energy efficiency services to commercial and industrial property owners. We partner with best-in-class technology, engineering, and construction partners. We fund and manage the entire process: assessment, design, engineering, installation, and commissioning. We monitor and maintain the equipment and cover the labor and equipment costs of any product failure over the term of the service agreement. We provide user-friendly reports and analysis to support our clients' operations and reporting objectives. Payments are based on the actual energy performance of the upgrades – so Blue Hill is only successful when the projected savings are achieved. We currently offer two specialty solutions: outdoor lighting retrofits and science building ventilation upgrades.\\Our goal is to make it easy and efficient to be efficient.\\Blue Hill Partners is a women-owned business and a certified B Corp.
