\Bocap is a Finnish privately-owned private equity company focusing particularly on Finnish SMEs. Bocap manages two private equity funds investing in established, entrepreneur-led and highly growing profitable top notch, world class SMEs headquartered in Finland. We anticipate to invite many more companies, as we are empowered by our invaluable institutional investors. Value creation in the portfolio companies is based on strong strategic and business development support, in addition to financial investments and pro-active M&A contributions.

The execution of a mutually elaborated and approved Growth Plan takes place hand in hand with the owners of the companies.
