In August 2025, BWP Trust internalized its management by acquiring BWP Management Limited and its subsidiaries from Wesfarmers Limited, resulting in the formation of a stapled group comprising BWP Trust and BWP Property Group Limited. As of December 31, 2025, BWP Trust's portfolio included 82 properties with a total value of approximately $3.9 billion.
