Overview

Capgemini Ventures is the corporate venture capital arm of Capgemini, focusing on fostering innovation by investing in and collaborating with promising startups globally. Through minority investments via the ISAI Cap Venture Fund and strategic partnerships, it aims to co-create value with startups, clients, and technology partners. This approach enables Capgemini to deliver enhanced solutions and services to its clients. The venture capital fund, ISAI Cap Venture II, launched in April 2025 with a size of €80 million, continues to support high-potential B2B startups and scale-ups worldwide. This fund combines ISAI's venture capital expertise with Capgemini Ventures' ability to generate business synergies between startups and the global Capgemini ecosystem. Since its inception in 2019, ISAI Cap Venture I has built a diverse international portfolio of 15 companies, demonstrating the effectiveness of this collaborative investment strategy. Capgemini Ventures operates with a threefold focus: acting as a startup catalyst by leveraging an end-to-end framework for startup ecosystem management; engaging in corporate ventures through minority investments to accelerate the growth of promising B2B startups; and initiating business ventures by engineering new ecosystems in collaboration with clients, startups, and other technology and industry leaders. This strategy aims to forge new paths forward, taking advantage of technological evolution to address today's challenges and evolving customer needs.
