Tom Clausen, a Swiss and Italian national, has over 14 years of direct and fund investment experience with growth companies in the U.S., private equity transactions in Europe, and direct and fund investments in Asia. Rohan Ajila, with over 20 years of experience in investment management and mergers and acquisitions, has served as the Managing Partner at Capvent AG and is currently the Managing Partner at FIDES Business Partner AG, a private equity firm based in Zurich.
