CEI-Boulos Capital Management is a real estate investment fund management company focused on delivering both competitive financial returns and social impact. They work in communities across the U.S. by partnering with banks, family offices, and other institutional investors to bring capital to projects that improve neighborhoods and the lives of the people who live there. Their objective is to deliver attractive risk-adjusted returns from investments in commercial real estate projects with positive social and environmental impacts. Each of their funds includes a custom Social Impact Advisory Board composed of community development professionals and nonprofit leaders that reflect and represent each fund’s key investment audiences and ensure proposed investments align with the Community Reinvestment Act and other ESG goals. Their investments prioritize projects that help create good jobs, affordable and workforce housing, Main Street revitalization/historic preservation developments, developments that serve nonprofit organizations, and sustainable-focused real estate developments that incorporate green construction practices and/or alternative energy.
