Cervantes Lee

Overview

Cervantes Lee is a seasoned real estate professional with over two decades of experience spanning Asia and the United States. He currently holds the position of Head of International Capital Markets at China Visionary Group, a Beijing-based firm committed to providing superior community living experiences through quality operations and services. In this role, he leads international business development and investor partnerships outside China, focusing on investment program formation, sourcing, and execution across various real estate segments, including apartments, retail, and technology services. Under his leadership, China Visionary Group has managed assets under management (AuM) totaling $6.0 billion. Prior to joining China Visionary Group in March 2020, Mr. Lee served as President and CEO of Redbridge House, an investment firm targeting real estate and business partnership opportunities. During his tenure, he was involved in projects with a combined value exceeding $4.0 billion, with individual project sizes ranging from $3 million to $60 million. His previous experience includes roles at Panda Restaurant Group, CBRE Investors, AIG Global Real Estate, and Colony Capital. He began his career in 1999 as an internet analyst at Arthur Andersen's Global Corporate Finance. Mr. Lee holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), an MBA in Finance from National Taiwan University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the same institution. He is a licensed real estate broker in California and has earned several industry credentials, including Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS), Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), and all five International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) retail real estate designations. In 2018, he served as President of the MIT Club of Southern California. Additionally, he is currently a doctoral candidate in the Global Executive EdD Program at the University of Southern California. Mr. Lee's extensive experience and leadership in international capital markets have significantly contributed to the growth and success of China Visionary Group, reinforcing its position as a leading asset management firm in the real estate sector.
