Overview

CIRTech is a venture capital fund that focuses on investing in technology leaders and innovators in the fields of data centers, cloud infrastructure, big data, storage, enterprise software, 3D printing, innovative materials and coatings, energy efficiency, semiconductors, clean tech, material science and medical devices. We aim to identify growth stage opportunities that can generate substantial mid and long term capital gain for investors. Our investment professionals have deep domain knowledge and extensive industry network in their areas of practice. Many of us came from an entrepreneurial and corporate management background with hands-on experience in building companies and managing business growth. We know what entrepreneurs need, and equally important, what they don't need. While we praise ourselves as a proactive value-add investor, we play a supportive role in portfolio companies rather than imposing our views on the management. \\We have purposely built our infrastructure and investment team in Hong Kong, Beijing, Herzliya Pituach and Moscow, with affiliate in Silicon Valley, to capture an emerging opportunity across Israel, China, Russia and the US. We believe those technology talents and entrepreneurs in Israel and the US, who have developed breakthrough technology and delivered innovative products, can create more value by connecting with market potentials and human resources in China and Russia. We can be their trusted advisor to help them navigate these markets. Our experienced investment team, together with our LPs, can help our portfolio companies to develop go-to-market strategy, conduct reference and due diligence checks, identify local partners and approach potential customers in China and Russia.
