Coda Capital LLC is a private investment firm focused on acquiring equity control positions in lower middle market companies in the United States. We provide flexible long-term capital, transaction and strategic support, along with an extensive network of experienced C-suite advisors to provide our portfolio companies with the resources needed to increase value over time.\\Coda Capital is not a fund with a defined investment holding period. We are a long-term ownership group investing our own capital alongside a group of family offices and high net worth individuals. This approach allows us to work with our portfolio companies as long-term owners to maximize value for our shareholders and stakeholders.
