Founded in Canada in 2015, Coralus has expanded its reach to the United States, Australia, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom, creating a self-sustaining ecosystem that fosters innovation and social impact. The organization has circulated nearly $16.5 million to over 170 women- and non-binary-led ventures, with a 95% repayment rate on its unsecured 0% interest loans. This model exemplifies a new approach to organizing resources, aiming to build inclusive economies and communities. The community comprises over 7,000 members, known as Activators, who contribute resources at their own pace, creating a regenerative pool of skills, connections, funds, and support.
