Dennis M. Mahoney

Overview

Dennis M. Mahoney is a seasoned private equity investor and entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience across various industries. He currently serves as a Partner at EIH Capital Advisors, a private investment firm based in Coral Gables, Florida. Prior to this, Mahoney held executive positions at Medquist, WebMD, and Allscripts from 2002 to 2011, and served as CEO at Lanier Healthcare from 2000 to 2002. He co-founded Union Atlantic, LLC in 1995, which later merged with vFinance, Inc., a financial services firm he led as Chairman and COO. Under his leadership, vFinance managed over $1 billion in assets and employed more than 200 workers across 30 offices in the U.S. Mahoney holds a B.S. degree from Illinois State University and has been involved with companies in the cannabis industry in varying capacities as a private investor, advisor, and consultant. He has also served on the Board of Directors of Agrify Corporation since December 2020. Throughout his career, Mahoney has demonstrated a strong track record in mergers and acquisitions, sales and marketing, operations, and C-level management.
