Nile Holding Co. for Development and Investment ("NHC"), is a Joint Stock Company established as a mid-market Private Equity Investment firm with the mandate to invest in Sub Saharan Africa in general, and Nile Basin countries in particular. \\Our share capital is evenly distributed among Egypt's 3 largest commercial banks. \\We basically look at companies with growth potential, and adaptability to value creation coupled with a developmental angle. \ We give prime focus to Education, Healthcare, Food and Beverage, and FMCG sectors; nevertheless, we are opportunistic elsewhere.\\Currently, we have investments in Sudan, Rwanda, Uganda, Kenya, Nigeria, and Mauritius.
