Overview

We manage a c.$100m family investment fund, focusing on international equities and credit, from our townhouse office in Mayfair, London. Our clients have been entrepreneurially successful in their industry for nearly two centuries and are now in their sixth generation. \\We are a close, communicative and supportive team. We will share our fascination for how the financial world works with you, and train you to become an outstanding professional investor using the fundamental methodology we have developed. We hire for the long term and give our team responsibility. \\For us, investing has two aspects – investment research; and data analytics and programming. All team members have a spiritual sympathy for each, even though our investment research approach is largely non-quantitative – it is about framing the numbers and then assessing cause. \\Therefore, we are seeking people who are interested in either investment research, or data analytics and programming, or a mix; and our recruitment process is very similar. \\Our short numerical test enables us to assess candidates for the core skills we need quickly and fairly.
