Overview
Dr. Robert Busingye is a senior consultant in Obstetrics and Gynaecology and a founding member of the Uganda Fertility Society. He graduated from Makerere University and holds a Master’s degree in Reproductive Biology. He is also a founding member of the Uganda Fertility Society and has mentored many fertility specialists in Uganda. He is a director at Neogenesis Fertility Centre in Kampala, Uganda. In addition to his medical career, Dr. Busingye has been involved in various business ventures. He has invested in Nakasero Hospital, a private hospital in Kampala, where he previously held shares. He has also ventured into agriculture, establishing Itungo Pastures, a dairy farming business in Namayumba, Uganda, focusing on selling quality in-calf heifers and growing pastures. Dr. Busingye is also a member of the Health and Medical Advisory Council for the Catholic Lawyers Society International (CLASI) and serves on the Faculty of Health Sciences at Karamoja Peace and Technology University (KAPATU).
