Dylan Flinn

Overview

Dylan Flinn is an angel investor and entrepreneur based in San Francisco, California. He is the CEO and co-founder of Shadows, a company focused on creating interactive virtual characters for social media audiences. Prior to founding Shadows, Flinn served as Head of Immersive Media at CAA Ventures, where he helped traditional storytellers translate their talents into new mediums and represented VR creators and developers. He also held the position of Director of Investments at Rothenberg Ventures, leading the investment team through multiple funds and over 50 investments, including in companies such as Robinhood, Gusto, Luxe, Bustle, Dronespace, Planet Labs, and AngelList. Additionally, Flinn has experience in digital marketing, having worked at Electronic Arts, where he managed innovative marketing campaigns for both mobile and Triple-A games, providing him with a wide range of consumer behavior insights. Currently, he continues to support startups and passionate founders as they strive to make the world a better and more enjoyable place.
