Founded on the basis of opportunistic investing, ETC Capital, LLC (ETC) is a private investment firm that partners with management teams in middle market buyouts and recapitalizations.\\At our core, we are equity investors looking to grow and diversify our list of portfolio companies. We are also willing to explore a spectrum of investment options that include short-term special situations or long term acquisitions. They may be project based, equipment based, acquisition oriented or other. Our multi-disciplinary team enables us to evaluate investments that do not necessarily meet the requirements of traditional banking, venture capital or private equity.
