Overview

Energy Excelerator is a startup program dedicated to helping solve the world's energy challenges, starting in Hawaii. We help innovative companies succeed in Hawaii and the Asia Pacific with funding, strategic relationships, and a vibrant ecosystem. Energy Excelerator is primarily funded by the U.S. Office of Naval Research, who made a $30M commitment to our program in 2013; U.S. Department of Energy; and our corporate partners. We focus on commercializing innovative solutions to our energy, water, transportation, cybersecurity, and agriculture challenges. Energy Excelerator is a project of the Hawaii-based nonprofit, Pacific International Center for High Technology Research.
