Delaveau began his career in Silicon Valley, assisting a French entrepreneur at Vega Vista Inc. from 1999 to 2000. He then co-founded Caxton, an offshore software programming and web agency, which he ran from 2000 to 2002. Educated at HEC Paris, he graduated from the HEC Entrepreneurs program and has served as a jury member for several years.
