Enfield's team has a history of owning and operating Seasons Hospice & Palliative Care, one of the largest hospice care providers in the U.S., which grew from a single location to over thirty sites by 2020. In December 2020, Seasons was acquired by AccentCare, a major homecare provider in the U.S., backed by Advent International. Following this acquisition, Enfield Capital Partners was established to support other businesses aiming for scale and sophistication. The firm specializes in partnering with entrepreneurs to maximize growth, taking minority and majority positions in established businesses needing strategic partners, and investing in real assets such as multi-family, industrial, and senior housing projects.
