EPAM Social Impact Innovation Program

Overview

The EPAM Social Impact Innovation Program is an initiative by EPAM Systems aimed at supporting green startups in India. The program focuses on sectors such as Circular Economy/Resource Solutions, Green Energy, Green Data, Climate Adaptation, Smart Cities, Sustainable Agriculture and Food Tech, Green Building and Construction, Sustainable Mobility, Sustainable Living, and more. It offers equity-free grants of up to INR 5,00,000 and incubation support to selected startups. The program is a collaboration between EPAM Systems and the AIC-IIITH Foundation, leveraging IIIT-Hyderabad's technology expertise and lab facilities to assist startups in refining their business models and scaling their impact. The program is open to tech-based social enterprises that are solving social or environmental challenges in India and have a lifetime revenue of at least INR 1 Lakh. The selected startups receive business coaching, research collaboration opportunities, pitch refinement, and access to IIIT-Hyderabad's Smart City Lab Test Bed. The program aims to help India achieve its UN Sustainable Development Goals by supporting innovative solutions to pressing environmental challenges.
