She authored 'How We Live, Will Be How We Work' (Daiwa Shobo, 2018) and translated 'Mission Economy: A Moonshot Guide to Changing Capitalism' by Mariana Mazzucato (NewsPicks Publishing, 2021). She is the founder of Future Females Japan, a community for women creating the future, and serves as a board member of Tokyo Women in VC, an organization aimed at fostering collaboration among women in the venture capital industry across Japan. Eriko is also a mother of two children.
