ESADE BAN

Overview

ESADE BAN is a business angel network established by the ESADE Alumni Entrepreneurs and Investors Club, aiming to advance entrepreneurship and investment in Spain. Its mission is to strengthen the country's financial ecosystem by recruiting, educating, and coordinating business angels, aspiring to become Spain's largest network of private investors in terms of funded projects. The network focuses on supporting new companies and those in the early stages of growth, preferring co-investment models with other network members or venture capital firms. The network is open to individuals interested in investing in start-up firms or those in their early growth stages, including business angels, venture capital companies, family offices, groups of private investors, and risk capital companies. ESADE BAN is a founding member of AEBAN (Asociación de Business Angels de España) and EBAN (European Business Angels Network), reflecting its commitment to fostering a robust entrepreneurial ecosystem both nationally and internationally. ESADE BAN organizes approximately 20 investment forums annually, categorized to cater to projects at different stages: Seed Forum for projects at the seed phase, Growth Investment Forums for projects in the development and growth phase, and Investment Forums for growth companies. These forums cover various sectors, including healthcare, real estate, deep tech, and tourism, providing a platform for entrepreneurs to present their innovative projects to potential investors.
