Anthony Mifsud

Overview

Anthony Mifsud serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Corporate Office Properties Trust (COPT), a real estate investment trust (REIT) focusing on office and data center properties. He joined COPT in 2007 as Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis and was promoted to Senior Vice President, Finance and Treasurer in January 2011. From 1990 to 2005, he held various accounting and corporate finance positions at The Rouse Company, culminating as Vice President of Finance from 1999 to 2005. Earlier in his career, he was a CPA and auditor at KPMG Peat Marwick. Mr. Mifsud holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Loyola University in Maryland. Under his leadership, COPT has focused on serving the specialized requirements of U.S. Government agencies and defense contractors, most of which are engaged in defense information technology and national security-related activities. The company's portfolio includes office and data center properties concentrated in large office parks primarily located near knowledge-based government demand drivers and in targeted markets or submarkets in the Greater Washington, DC/Baltimore region.
