Prior to Exotix Advisory, he spent 18 years at Morgan Stanley and 4 years at JPMorgan in London, and 5 years at Exotix Advisory in Dubai as Co-Head of Investment Banking. Fabrizio has originated and executed over 70 transactions across M&A, equity, and debt capital markets for financial institutions in Europe and emerging markets. He has operated in emerging markets since 2004, pioneering deals for Morgan Stanley in new regions, including Turkey and Sub-Saharan Africa. Fabrizio also had experience in principal investments as a co-founder of Sator Capital, a PE fund in the UK and Italy focused on financial institutions, which fundraised over €500m. Fabrizio holds a BA (Hons) in Business Administration from the University of Turin (Italy). Between 2011 and 2019, he was a Visiting Professor at the University of Turin (Italy).
