Established in 2013, with nearly 250 investment operations carried out in the last 10 years, EXTENDAM has a portfolio of over 390 hotels in Europe, representing assets valued at over €4.7 billion as of June 30, 2025. EXTENDAM offers the expertise of its teams and financial support to support the creation and development projects of SMEs in the hotel sector and related fields such as catering (Food & Beverage) or new accommodation modes.
