Our mission is to help develop the Next Economy, where business is a means to enhance all life. \We grow social enterprises!\\Social entrepreneurs and ethical business leaders are faced with significant challenges on their pathway to grow in the climate left by the exploitation economy of business as usual. Droughts of capital, overwhelming operational wildfires and floods of distractions are common.\\We've learned (the hard way) to weather the storms of overwhelm and frustration to sustainable growth by design. We grow social enterprises by keeping them accountable to doing the strategic design work they need to do for sustainable growth — growing customer relationships, meaningful vocations, and resilient communities.
