FOURSEAS is a Japan-based venture capital firm established in 2017, dedicated to fostering and expanding the startup ecosystem in Okinawa Prefecture. The firm operates the Koza Startup Shopping Arcade and KOZAROCKS, a startup support base in the Koza area, aiming to create new industries that drive growth in Japan and Asia.
