Overview

Gary Liu is a prominent angel investor specializing in technology and blockchain sectors. He is the Co-Founder and CEO of Terminal 3, a company focused on enabling fully private user data to be freely composable. Additionally, he serves as the Founding Chair of Web3 Harbour, a non-profit association dedicated to promoting a pro-innovation and inclusive environment for the development of the decentralized internet.
