Gemini Investors is a Massachusetts-based private equity firm specializing in investments in smaller middle-market companies across various industries. Founded in 1993, the firm has invested over $900 million in more than 180 companies throughout the United States, typically providing $3 to $8 million per transaction to acquire both control and minority stakes.
