This is our local focus. At the same time, our companies sell and distribute products and services and purchase and source raw materials and components from around the world. This is our global reach. \\We invest in great management teams and people in Minnesota companies that are established, growing, and profitable niche leaders in national or global markets. In addition to adding new platform companies in Minnesota, we will also continue to actively invest in strategic add-on acquisitions that grow our existing platform companies, bringing complementary talent, technologies, products, services, customers, markets, and/or global reach. \\The greatest investment we make is in the people who guide and support our mission and our companies each day.
