Prior to founding VoPay, Arbabioon established a company focused on wholesale carrier services to mobile operators and national telecom providers, contracting with over 110 mobile and incumbent operators globally. Arbabioon holds a degree in Business Administration from the American University in Dubai and has been recognized as one of British Columbia's top CEOs in the fintech space. He is also a member of the Forbes Technology Council and has completed executive education in Driving Digital Strategy at Harvard Business School.
