While the Firm focuses on control investments in lower middle market companies, HC Private Investments leverages its ability to offer creative solutions to each opportunity. Investments can also take the form of minority or structured equity. The Firm is not beholden to traditional fund lifecycles and mandatory investment periods. We evaluate each portfolio company and investment opportunity with a focus on future growth initiatives and the ability to reinvest for the long-term.\\HC Private Investments believes management is the single most important piece of any investment. Given the Firm's long-term focus, HC Private Investments seeks to partner with business owners, executives and management teams to develop sustainable growth strategies. The Firm builds consensus and buy-in from its operators prior to executing any investment decision.
