Their team has experience in sourcing and executing complex, value-add opportunities, particularly in distressed and off-market acquisitions, and specializes in pre-foreclosure and foreclosure properties, as well as non-performing and underperforming assets, rent-stabilized and rent-controlled buildings, and repositioning properties through design-led redevelopment. Outside of real estate, the firm's founder, Joseph Leno, is a classically trained vocalist, pianist, and actor, with a professional background in performance across stage and studio. He is also the Founder and Board Chairman of the Joseph & Anna Leno Foundation, which provides grants and scholarships to gifted high school students pursuing careers in the performing arts.
