Imperial Capital is a Toronto-based private equity fund manager that focuses on buy-out opportunities in the Canadian and American mid-market (enterprise values between $50 and $300 million). Together with our CEO Partners, we create platforms for long-term growth through the acquisition and stewardship of select corporations in targeted industries.
