1952 yılında Cevdet İnci tarafından kurulan ve grubun ilk şirketi İncitaş ile temeli atılan İnci Holding 1982 yılında holding yapısını aldı. Bugün toplam 9 şirketi ve 2400 çalışanı ile jant, akü üretimi ve satışı alanlarında uzmanlığını geliştirerek Türkiye'nin önemli sanayi grupları arasında yer almaktadır. Otomotiv yan sanayindeki uzmanlığının yanı sıra satış ve pazarlama, otel ekipmanları ve lojistik alanlarında da faaliyet göstermektedir. Cevdet İnci Educational Foundation was also founded in 1985 in order to support reaching of our country to contemporary educational level.
