Invexans S.A. is a Chilean investment company and a subsidiary of Quiñenco S.A., holding a significant stake in the company. Invexans S.A. operates through its subsidiary, Invexans Limited, based in the United Kingdom, which focuses on international business development and investment management. The company's investment portfolio includes a 19.2% stake in Nexans, a leading French multinational in the design and manufacturing of electrification and data network cables. Invexans S.A. has been a shareholder of Nexans since 2008, and in April 2023, it completed the sale of 4.2 million shares of Nexans, valued at US$367 million, to fund new strategic investments. Additionally, Invexans S.A. holds 100% ownership of Enex plc, a fuel distribution company operating in Chile, the United States, and Paraguay, and a Shell licensee in Chile. Invexans S.A. is listed on Chile's stock exchanges and is part of Quiñenco S.A., one of the largest and most diversified business conglomerates in Chile. Quiñenco S.A. is the industrial and financial parent company of the Luksic Group, which holds 83% of the company's shares.
