Iván Peña is a seasoned investor and co-founder with a strong background in the fintech and technology sectors. He holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Deusto and began his career at J.P. Morgan in 2007, working in Geneva and Madrid. During his tenure, he served as Executive Director, focusing on senior banking services for family offices and high-net-worth individuals across Latin America and Spain. In 2021, he co-founded RITMO, a financial operating platform for e-commerce businesses in Europe and Latin America, where he currently serves as Head of Capital Markets.
